Cookie Policy

Mitves uses only strictly necessary cookies for sessions, security and language preference.

Last updated: 2026-10-13

1. What cookies are and what this policy covers

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. This policy explains which cookies the Mitves website and web dashboard set and why.

The Mitves mobile application does not use cookies; it stores an authentication token on the device in the same way as described for the remember-me cookie below.

2. Cookies we use

We only use strictly necessary cookies. These are required for the website and dashboard to work and cannot be switched off without breaking the service.

• Session cookie: identifies your browser session so that you stay signed in while you navigate the dashboard. Deleted when the session ends.

• CSRF/XSRF token cookie: protects forms and API calls against cross-site request forgery. Deleted when the session ends.

• Remember-me cookie: set only if you choose “remember me” at sign-in, so that you do not have to sign in again on the same browser. Kept for up to 30 days and removed on sign-out.

3. No analytics or marketing cookies

Mitves currently does not use analytics, advertising, social-media or any other third-party tracking cookies on its website or dashboard.

Because only strictly necessary cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is required. If this changes, we will ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie and update this policy.

4. How to manage cookies

You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the dashboard.

Signing out removes the session and remember-me cookies from your browser.

5. Changes and contact

We will update this policy if the cookies we use change. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of the page.
