What is a PDKS?

PDKS (Personel Devam Kontrol Sistemi) is a time and attendance system that records check-in, check-out, breaks, shifts and leave so working hours and payroll are calculated correctly.

Does Mitves require any hardware?

No. Mitves works with the mobile app and a browser. Location QR codes can be printed or displayed on any screen. An existing tablet can act as a reader if you prefer a fixed terminal.

Is it compliant with KVKK and GDPR?

Mitves collects no biometric data, captures location only at the moment of a stamp and keeps a full audit trail. Data processing agreements and the KVKK disclosure text are provided for your records.

Can employees cheat with fake locations?

Mock-location apps, unauthorised devices and out-of-radius stamps are detected and routed to the review queue with full evidence. Nothing is silently accepted or silently dropped.

Can managers work only from the phone?

Yes. Routine administration such as approving leave, reviewing stamps and assigning leave is available in the mobile app. The web dashboard is for deeper reporting and configuration.

Can I calculate overtime and puantaj?

Yes. Planned shifts, tolerances, leave, excuses and breaks feed a puantaj engine that produces normal hours, overtime, missing hours and leave statuses per day and per month.

How does it work for field teams?

Field employees use location selection, or off-site stamps when allowed for them: the record keeps the GPS position and is flagged off site. Hourly leave covers short absences.

Can I export data to payroll or an ERP?

Yes. Export CSV and XLSX from any report, or integrate through the REST API and webhooks with scoped tokens.

What happens when the internet drops?

Stamps are queued on the device and synchronised when the connection returns, with the original client timestamp preserved.

How long does setup take?

Most companies create their account, add locations and invite employees in under 30 minutes. The free trial includes every module.

Is time recording a legal obligation?

In Germany employers must record working time following the Federal Labour Court ruling of 2022 and the EU Court of Justice ruling of 2019; in Türkiye the Labour Law requires employers to document working hours and overtime. Mitves gives you a verified, exportable record for both.
